If you chose to exchange a stock item you are only allowed one exchange. Items must be returned in its original condition with tags, box and any gift.

All Layaway items are non-refundable and non-returnable. If canceled at any time any and all payments are not refundable. Payments made are not transferable to other items or other people.

All custom orders or customized pieces are non-refundable and non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

HOW TO START A RETURN

1. Contact us promptly when you receive your item.
2. Item must be returned in its original condition. Including tag which must still be attached, box and any gift that comes with it.
3. We will inspect the item to make sure it is intact in its original condition and includes tags, box, and gift.
4. We will refund the buyer minus the shipping cost once it passes inspection.

*If a return is warranted on a stock item that has been sized we will charge a 20% restocking fee, a sizing fee of minimum of $35.00 minus the shipping cost from your total paid.
